ART BUS DEPOT

The Ballston-Virginia Square Civic Association (BVSCA), representing nearly 16,000 Arlington residents, is staunchly opposed to the County’s intended use of the Quincy Site for the parking and operation of 29 Arlington Transit (ART) buses. The move by the County violates numerous provisions of the County’s zoning ordinance, as well as a restrictive covenant covering a portion of the site.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Quincy / Buck site has was purchased by the County and since 2018 has had various temporary uses while the County works to determine a permanent use for the site.  Fore more information, see the project’s Current Status and FAQ section.
